Swimming Pool Cleaning

We offer Swimming Pool Cleaning Services on a per cleaning and contract basis. Check out our  Full Service Maintenance Plans  for a more comprehensive swimming pool service.  

Pool Cleaning and Pre-Season Cleanings**

This does not include the cost of chemicals to maintain your swimming pool.  The service includes cleaning, up to one (1) hour.  If you are looking for a more comprehensive plan, check out our Full Service Maintenance Plans.

• Net any leaves out of the swimming pool
• Brush surfaces, to break up any possible growing algae
• Empty skimmers and pump baskets
• Backwash the filter when necessary
• Check and balance the water as needed*
• Check sanitizer levels and add as needed*
• Add preventive or treatment algaecides as required*
• Monitor equipment and report any damages or failing equipment

* Chemicals not included in hourly price.   This service is not available for above-ground swimming pools without a full deck around the pool.  If you are looking for more comprehensive maintenance, check out our Full Service Maintenance Plans.

** Pre-Season cleanings may take multiple visits to get to the pool to a clear state.  The condition of the pool at opening is very dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to, how the pool was winterized, the chemistry of the water at winterization, the "harshness" of the winter, and when the pool was opened.
