Premium Custom Spa Cover

This item is setup for local customers of Swim-N-Pools Billiards & Spas. If you are outside of the Chesterfield and Greater Richmond, VA area and/or not able to do a curbside pickup at our Chester, VA location, please do not request a quote or attempt to checkout with this item.

Measurements:

A measurement form most be completed for this item. The form must be filled out, signed and:

• E-mailed to service@swimnpools.com
• Faxed to 1-804-768-0058
• Brought into our store or Mailed In

Delays in submitting the form will result in a longer production time.

Most covers have Rounded Corners and require measuring a corner Radius.  Watch this video for a quick how to.

Ultimately, you are responsible for correctly measuring the spa.  Spas measured incorrectly are not eligible for a refund.

Make sure you measure the spa, and not the existing cover.

If you are uncomfortable performing the measurements yourself, please get in touch with our service department to schedule a service call at an additional charge. 

Covers include:

• 5" x 3" Taper
• 1.5 Pound Foam Density
• Up to a 96" Side (Longest Side of the Cover)
  

Colors:

Colors may appear slightly different from device to device.  Our retail location has physical color samples, that you may come by to view.

Time Frame:

Spa Covers are custom made and production time generally takes 3-6 weeks.  Shipping to our location usually occurs in 1-2 business days.  Once we receive your cover, you will be notified that it is ready for pickup or delivery.

Local Pickup or Local Delivery:

*Spa Covers are delivered to Swim-N-Pools, and the customer is responsible for pickup.  If you would like Swim-N-Pools to deliver the cover, there is a delivery fee.  If we are delivering the cover, for a small upcharge, we can take your old cover for you.
