Meet Our Staff

Since the opening of our first retail store in 1986, Swim-N-Pools Billiards & Spas has gained the respect of its customers and suppliers alike which has allowed us to offer nationally recognized products. We have a dedicated and trained sales staff to assist our customers, a full service department to support all product lines, and multiple installation crews. The addition of billiards has complimented our product mix nicely because it allows our customers to complete their “at-home vacation spot.”

Gail & Cliff McDaniel

Cliff McDaniel began installing inground pools in 1984 from their Chesterfield residence. Within two years, their inground swimming pool business expanded to include its first, full-service retail store in Chester opened by his wife Gail McDaniel.

Jamie  Frasier

Jamie has been with the McDaniel’s for over 18 years. I enjoy every aspect of the company and play many roles  from managing the retail store, scheduling service appointments. ordering and daily operations.

Swim-N-Pools Billiards & Spas is a long-time active member in the Association of Pool & Spa ProfessionalsTM (APSP) where training is attended on a regular basis to keep up with the ever changing industry.

Monica Ballester

Hi, my name is Monica Ballester, Executive Sales Manager. I started with Swim-N-Pools Billiards & Spas in 2006.    I am responsible for finding the perfect Sundance Spa, Above Ground Pool or Billiard Table for you & your family. I am also responsible for taking care of our customers with all their swimming pool & spa needs. Gary Garnett

I started  in April 2003 as a Service Technician repairing and maintaining swimming pools and equipment.  I’ve become diversified in all parts of the Swimming Pool & Spa Industry. In 2006 I transitioned in to the retail store and I am responsible for all retail store operations and purchasing and also handle the IT needs for the company.  I enjoy the challenge of helping customers locate parts for their pools and spas and assisting with maintaining the proper water chemistry.

Lin Vaughan

Lin is a lead service technician and has been with Swim-N-Pools for over 18 years. Lin handles all of our spa service repairs on new and used spas.

Shawn Coleman

Shawn is a lead service technician for Swimming Pools,  Billiards & Spas. He specializes in all aspects of swimming pool renovations, repairs and installations of equipment.

Jake Elko

Jake  is a lead service technician for Swimming Pools,  Billiards & Spas. I specialize in inground and aboveground swimming pool repairs.
